PGA Professional

Andy is a certified PGA golf professional. Andy has been in the golf industry for the last 14 years, completing his professional degree at the University of Birmingham. He began his coaching career at Sand Moor Golf Club, a leading club in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. 

Andy then became the Head Professional at Kilnwick Percy Resort (part of the Darwin Escapes group) where he was involved in all aspects of the industry including teaching, club fitting, corporate golf days, society days, club shop and golf breaks. 

He then joined the full time coaching staff at Waterfront Golf Club & Trackman Range in 2021 where he coaches full time to all levels of golfers including, beginner, intermediate, elite and junior golfers. He also provides group coaching for both adults and juniors. 

Andy competed at a high level as an amateur and continues to compete in events as a professional, regionally and overseas. 

Having achieved a distinction in club fitting, Andy also offers non-bias advice to golfers on equipment purchases to ensure every golfer tailors their equipment to their needs.
